Komala Charitable Trust is a non-profit, non-government organization founded and registered in 2016.
Prof. Kodali srinivas along with his wife Smt. Ragini established this in memory of his beloved Father Sri Kodali Mallikarjuna Rao, who died on 14th October, 2015 and his Mother Smt. Kodali Lakshmi Devamma, who died on 01st June, 2015.

OBJECT'S OF THE TRUST
1. Educational – to run, maintain or assist any Technical educational Institutions or other institutions for coaching, guidance, counseling or vocational training or to grant individual scholarships for poor, deserving and needy students for elementary and higher education. To give financial or other assistance in kind by way of distribution of books, cloths, uniforms etc..
2. Medical – to run, maintain or assist any medical institution, nursing home or clinics, medical camps or to grant assistance to needy and indigent persons for meeting the cost of medical treatment.
3. Other objects of general public utility
i) To create awareness on cleanliness and Environmental Sustainability, Ecological Balance, Protection of Flora and Fauna
ii) To provide healthy drinking water and also educate people for Conservation of natural resources and maintaining quality of soil, air and water.
iii) To do all acts for protection of heritage, art and culture and promotion of fine arts, traditional handicrafts, traditional architecture and new construction technology
iv) To promote and providing training for Sports, Games, Philately and Cultural events
v) To promote Telugu literature and other activities to inculcate nationalism, rationalism and humanism in the society, setting up awards in various fields and publishing books /monographs
vi) To promote Gender equality, empowering women, setting up homes and Hostels for women, Orphans and old age homes
vii) To setting up Function Halls, reading /community rooms, toilets, bus shelters and such other facilities in general public
viii) To undertake any other activity incidental to the above activities but which are not inconsistent with the above objects.
